How To Book Your Custom Tour

Step 1:

Check for availability by either filling out the Custom Tour Inquiry Form or phoning toll free 1-877-651-7867.

Step 2:

Consultation with guide (via toll free number in North America) re expectations, desired routes, destinations, and activities

General preferences for hotels, lodges, B & B's, etc.

General food preferences: Fine dining, regular restaurant fare, fast food, light or special meals, campfire cookouts. Evening meal to be early or late? Full, light or picnic lunches.

Morning preferences: Are you an early riser or do you prefer a more leisurely start?

Evening preferences for entertainment, conversation or quiet relaxation.

Is your group made up of singles, couples or a family?

All of the above are important considerations for the guide's planning of the best possible experience for you. This is your vacation and the guide will use his expertise to taylor the trip to your best interest and satisfaction. The small group and nature of this organization also makes it generally possible to adjust the intinerary and projected activities during the trip to accommodate changing and developing perceptions on your part.

Step 3:

Make a 50% deposit for your trip upon confirmation by any major credit card, money order or bank transfer. Balance is due no later than one week before trip.
Cancellation Policy:
Credit of unused portion towards future trip taken within 12 months.
